Teaching Yoga in Dharmsala, India

Join us for this discussion as we speak with Edya. She combined her love of yoga with her desire to volunteer in India, and worked in a detox center helping men achieve and maintain sobriety through the practice of yoga. Dharmsala is located in in the majestic Himalayas in northern India. It is best known as the place where the Dalai Lama and his fellow Tibeten refuges have set up a government in exile. Combine this with traditional Indian culture and you have a very popular travel destination for independent and adventure travelers. Edya provides vivid descriptions of the town and makes you want to pack your bags and volunteer there today!
